The Alphabetical Vinyl Tour: 2manydjs – As Heard On Radio Soulwax pt2

A few years ago, my wife bought a turntable for our flat and we started to explore the world of vinyl records. Since then it’s become a bit of an obsession for me and I’ve ended up collecting a significant amount of LPs, EPs and 7-inch singles. Perhaps too much. The trouble with being into vinyl is that it can quickly become about the accumulation rather than enjoyment. It scares me to think how much money I might have spent over the years buying records that I was convinced I needed, only to listen to them once and file them away. Like any unhealthy obsession, the first step to overcoming it is to recognise it, so I made the decision to listen to my entire collection of around 150 records before buying more.

I’ll be posting regularly about my favourites, telling you a little about the music inside. I’m calling it my personal Alphabetical Vinyl Tour. The first entry is 2manydjs 2002 mixtape ‘As Heard On Radio Soulwax pt 2′
